C'était parfait, l'hôte Maria est charmante, et il règne une bonne énergie dans ce lieu, on se sent bien.La vue est magnifique, proche de tout.L'appartement est propre, bien équipé, et chaleureux. Rien, je recommande à 100%.

The property is in a perfect location. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations, the comfortable bed and the exceptional service we got from Maria. Can’t ask for better. Even if the property is centrally located, it is still very quiet. Some reviews have mentioned the stairs as being a challenge, I have to say that it was not an issue for us being on the 3rd floor. A bit tricky with luggages but otherwise ok. As stated in a previous comment, Maria made certain to reserve a parking for us on day one of four. After that, we were able to find parking in walking proximity to the accommodations. It is a very safe place to walk the streets at all hours of the day..

We stayed at Maria’s place for 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. Maria was an excellent host, very caring, gave us considered, helpful advice on the local area, beaches, travel options, restaurants, trips in the local area and beyond. She really went above and beyond and was always available if we needed anything. The flat itself was spot on for our needs, like a more homely hotel room with probably the best view in town, all amenities were as advertised and a few extra little touches like coffee pods and welcome fruit and water. Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Emerald Lake Studio. Das Studio ist toll eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man einen einmaligen Blick auf den Voulismeni See, sowohl tagsüber als auch abends, wenn die vielen Lichter den See beleuchten. Die Gastgeberin Maria ist super freundlich und gibt etliche Tipps, was man in und um Agios Nikolaos sehen und erleben kann. Alle Geschäfte und Tavernen liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.Thank you Maria!!!!
