Punta di diamante la sig.ra Maria che è stata preziosa sia per l’ospitalità sia per i consigli durante la nostra permanenza su ristoranti e su posti e spiaggia da visitare. Abbiamo amato i giorni trascorsi in questo appartamento, senza parlare della vista, direttamente sul lago di Agios Nikolaos! STUPENDO fare colazione qui. Tutto perfetto, se torneremo ad Agios Nikolaos, sicuramente torneremo dalla Maria!!

Maria’s apartment was beautiful in every way! A gorgeous deck space right off the bedroom that provided for amazing morning sunrises overlooking the lake and ocean! This was the most amazing view out of an apartment I have ever seen, the pictures don’t do it justice! Leave the deck doors open and you have a fabulous breeze all day long. 2 minute walk down to all the shops and restaurants in the town, 5-10 minute walk from beautiful beaches in town. Incredibly clean apartment with functioning air conditioning, a spacious and comfortable bed, and strong water pressure in the shower like I’ve never had before! Maria was so sweet, met us at check in with a bowl of fresh fruit and spent 30 minutes reviewing a map of the area and giving recommendations for food and activities! She provided us with coffee for the mornings as well, and arranged a taxi service for us to and from the airport/ferry port in Heraklion. We loved our stay with Maria. If you will be in Agios Nikolaos, don’t hesitate, just book this apartment! You will not regret it!

Emerald Lake Studios, what a wonderful setting. Ideally situated for beach, shops, bus station, port and marina. What ever you want from your holiday just chillaxing or being active is all achievable from Emerald Lake Studios. Maria your host has a wealth of information which shevis more than happy to share. Her restaurant recommendations are not to be missed. Maria is so very helpful and nothing is to much trouble. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by in the morning having a coffee, soaking up the morning sun. Will definitely be returning to this lovely studio apartment, Maria keeps it in tip top condition. My thanks to Maria for a fantastic stay.
